Skin care, how did I know?

The other day me and my friend went to Boots, just to brows and we ended up looking at the skin care section and I was showing her my favourite products. A girl overheard our discussion and asked me for my help. She had very dry skin, it looked like she had some kind of reaction to something. Not looking good. I told her that for a sensitive skin Avène is the way to go! She said it was bit to expensive for her right now so I ended up helping her with the lot. I asked her what she was using as a face wash. Now you guys wont believe me, but she said she was using intimate wash on her face as it suppose to be very gentle. I was shocked and told her that it's probably what caused the problem in the first place and normally intimate washes are made for intimate places and they are normally more acidic then other places on your body, that's why it's an intimate wash. She was shocked and kind of didn't believe at first as she's been using it for years. At the end she ended up buying a new face wash. Now, before she left she asked me how I knew all this and I stopped to think... I have no idea! It just came out, naturally and it was very nice to help someone out. She was very thankful and I think felt bit calmer.

So now the conclusion is... maybe I'm destined to work with skin care and make up? What if I am? This was bit freaky. What shall I do about this experience? Was it a moment caught in time or a sign? Will we ever know?

No no no, I'm sorry, why oh why must people be so vile? Is there nobody in the world you can trust? Work, I hate working because of you! Don't make my 9 hour day a living hell because you guys are bitches and just sad people without a heart. Is it just a high-end thing or is it everywhere? Is it because it's London or is it a worldwide epidemic? Who the hell knows! I hope it's not contagious and spreading. Just you vile people, leave me alone!

Make-up with Lucki.

Few days ago I had a little make-up evening with Lucki. It was fun and we're definitely doing it again! Yeay! What colour to choose the next time? Black? Sparkle? Glitter? I have no idea, let's see what the future brings.

Unruly studio.

Just had my haircut. It was great to get those long bits with them tangles cut away! I made an appointment with Michael Price as he is the guru of curly hair... and yes, I'm very happy! I actually wanted to chop it all off, '20s bob style chop! He didn't agree and left the front long, snipped the back short and told me curly hair should be longer. This is the first time a hairdresser I've had actually thought the cut through, and not just cut it the way I wanted. I'm so pleased that he new what he was doing, although the way he did it was rather original! I love to see an artist at work, and this is what he was, not a hairdresser, but an artist. I'm oh so sure I'll be going there again when it's needed. Thank you Michael for not chopping all my hair away!

MAC+LIBERTY=UNIFORM

As my first entry, I have to say I'm shocked about MACs collaboration with Liberty! I work there and I really don't like the idea. I have to wear them prints and now one of my favorite brands will be printed with... yes, MY UNIFORM! To me it's a scary though... I can't believe they never mentioned anything at work. This is a big thing for Liberty, but they kept it very hush. Oh dear, I have so many mixed feeling right now.

MAC - Give me Liberty... no, thank you, I've got plenty.
